14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to send an item back, without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Let us know through the contact form (subject “Return or refund”) with your order number and the items concerned. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our terms of sale.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of your request, unworn, unwashed and with their labels.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of your request, including the original standard shipping cost, to the payment method you used and in the currency of your order. We may wait until we receive the items, or proof they were sent.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Exchanges

To change size, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order. If the size you want is in stock, tell us and we will hold it for you.

Faulty items

All our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in the EU) and against hidden defects. Write to us with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
