Terms of sale

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Seller

Items offered on ritmen.shop are sold by GLOBAL TDS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (LLC), United States, registered under number 2026-001911750, with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“RITMEN”). Contact: contact form or +1 307 400 1866.

2. Scope

These terms apply to sales made on ritmen.shop to consumers residing in the United States, mainland France or a European Union country we ship to. By confirming an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted them. The applicable version is the one online on the day of the order.

3. Items

The main characteristics of each item (material, fit, sizes, care) are shown on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may appear depending on screens.

4. Prices and currencies

Prices are shown, as the customer prefers, in US dollars or in euros. Dollar prices are calculated from euro prices using a fixed conversion table published by RITMEN. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before confirmation: $17 to the United States (free from $220), €4.90 to mainland France (free from €100), €9.90 within the European Union (free from €150), or their equivalent in the other currency. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed, in the chosen currency.

5. Orders

The customer selects items, enters contact and delivery details, chooses a currency, reviews the summary and total price, accepts these terms and confirms the order. An order reference is issued.

RITMEN checks availability and emails the customer, within one business day, a secure payment link showing the details and total amount of the order. The sales contract is formed when this link is paid. RITMEN then confirms the order by email. If an item is no longer available, the customer is told before any payment.

6. Payment

Payment is made by card through the secure payment link of a licensed payment provider, in the currency of the order. RITMEN never has access to full card details.

7. Delivery

Items are delivered to the address given by the customer. In-stock items ship within 2 business days of payment; indicative transit times are 6–10 business days to the United States, 2–4 business days within France and 4–7 business days within the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties or sales taxes may be due on arrival. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery.

8. Right to change your mind

The customer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, by notifying RITMEN through the contact form, the model form below or any clear statement.

Items are returned within 14 days of the notification, in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or RITMEN made a mistake. RITMEN refunds all amounts paid, including original standard shipping, within 14 days of the notification, to the payment method and in the currency used; the refund may be held until the items, or proof of their dispatch, are received.

Model withdrawal form — to GLOBAL TDS LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following items: […] Ordered on […] / received on […] — Name: […] — Address: […] — Order reference: […] — Date: […]”.

9. Warranties

Items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery for EU consumers) and against hidden defects. A customer who finds a defect contacts RITMEN through the contact form: the item is repaired, replaced or refunded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your state or country.

10. Liability

RITMEN is not liable for non-performance caused by the customer, by the unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party, or by force majeure. Size and care advice is given as a guide.

11. Personal data

Data collected with an order is needed to process it. How it is used is described in the privacy policy.

12. Complaints

Complaints are handled through the contact form; we reply within one business day. EU consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details are provided on request.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions that better protect consumers in their country or state of residence. Consumers may bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
