Who is responsible

The data controller is GLOBAL TDS LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which operates the RITMEN brand. For any question about your data: contact form.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, items ordered, currency and any note you leave us.
• Contact: name, email, optional order reference and the content of your message.
• Reviews: first name, email and order reference (to check the purchase), rating and review text. Only the first name, rating and review are published.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider; we never receive your full card number.

Why

• To process, ship and support your order, including returns (performance of the contract).
• To answer your messages and publish verified reviews (your request).
• To keep our accounts (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

How long

Order data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the legal retention period of accounting records. Contact messages are kept for three years after the last exchange.

Who has access

The RITMEN team and, only for what concerns them, our payment provider, our carriers and our host (Cloudflare). GLOBAL TDS LLC is established in the United States, so some data is transferred there; for EU residents, these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. Your cart and currency are stored in your browser’s local storage, only so you find them on your next visit; they are sent to us only if you confirm an order.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict its processing or object to it, through the contact form. California residents may also exercise their CCPA rights the same way. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
