How to care for your RITMEN pieces
30°C inside out, no tumble dryer, dry flat: the simple habits that keep heavy fleece and thick jersey looking like day one.

A good garment needs a little attention. Not much: a few moves, always the same, that soon become a Sunday habit. Here they are.
Wash at 30°C, inside out
That is the rule for almost the whole range: hoodie, joggers, zip hoodie, t-shirt. Turning the piece inside out protects the embroidery and the outer face; 30°C is enough for everyday laundry and is kind to the fibres.
Close the zips before washing, on the zip hoodie as on the cargo joggers: an open zip snags everything else spinning in the drum.
Skip the tumble dryer
Dryer heat shrinks cotton and wears out ribbing. Air-dry instead. The Essential Tee dries flat: laid out straight on the rack, it keeps its length and its neckline.
Iron gently, inside out
If needed, a cool iron, always inside out, never over the embroidery. The fleece hardly ever needs it: hung out properly, it gets its shape back on its own.
The windbreaker: gentle cycle, no softener
Delicate cycle at 30°C, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer. Softener clogs the water-repellent finish, and rain would stop beading.
The accessories
- The cap is hand-washed and dried flat, on a form, to keep the curve of the peak. An upturned bowl does the job.
- The beanie: hand wash, cold, dry flat. Merino wool likes neither hot water nor wringing.
- The socks go in the machine at 40°C, no tumble dryer.
What makes it last
Wash less often than you think: a hoodie worn for a day can just air out over the back of a chair. Wash with similar colours. And store fleece folded rather than hung: it keeps its shoulders.
Five more minutes a week, and your pieces last far longer.
